At KORA Organics, we want you to love your glowing skin, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased through our official website. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or unused condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
